Applied with dental adhesive (never nail glue), tooth gems typically last 6–12 months and can last longer with gentle care. Removal is quick, painless, and leaves no damage to enamel.

Brush and floss beforehand, avoid staining foods and drinks for 24 hours prior, and arrive a few minutes early.

What is the aftercare?

For 24–48 hours after whitening, avoid deeply pigmented foods and drinks (coffee, red wine, curry, berries). For tooth gems, avoid biting hard objects on the gem for the first 24 hours.
