Refunds & chargebacks policy

This page explains how Luxe Radiance Studio (“we”, “us”) handles online payments, refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, and disputes for appointments booked through our website. By completing checkout you agree to the terms below.

How payments are processed

All online payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in AUD and the full service price is charged at the time of booking to confirm and hold your appointment slot.

A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received. You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details.

Rescheduling & cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before your appointment: you may reschedule at no cost, or request a full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before your appointment: you may reschedule once at no cost. Refunds are issued at 50% of the amount paid.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or no-shows: payment is non-refundable, as your slot is reserved exclusively for you.

To reschedule or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at the address below with your booking reference.

Refunds after service

Cosmetic teeth whitening and tooth gem results vary between clients based on enamel, aftercare, and lifestyle. Because our services are personally performed and consumables cannot be reused, completed treatments are non-refundable.

If you are not happy with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary top-up or partial credit toward a future service.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing on your statement depends on your bank.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank before speaking with us can delay resolution and may affect your ability to book with us in the future.

When a chargeback is filed, we cooperate fully with Stripe's dispute process and will submit booking records, confirmation emails, this policy, and any related correspondence as evidence. Fraudulent or unfounded chargebacks may be reported and pursued for recovery of the charged amount and associated fees.
